This degree speaks of the organised application of skill toward the capture of specific, chosen targets.
"Taking aim"
Hunters starting out represent the focused, purposeful deployment of skill toward a specific goal. The hunt requires patience, coordination, knowledge of terrain, and respect for the quarry. This is ambition directed with precision toward a defined objective — the understanding that purposeful action, taken with skill and awareness, is one of the most satisfying expressions of human capability.
The unintegrated expression of this degree presents as the pursuit that overwhelms its own purpose — chasing at any cost, losing respect for the quarry, reducing the richness of the hunt to mere capture. Ambition unable to distinguish between needed and merely wanted.
Know what you're after, get your gear together, and go.
