Question 1

Can I return or exchange my order?

Accepted Answer

Every piece is printed for one person after the order is placed, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If anything is wrong with it, though, we make it right. See the next question.

Question 2

What if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@cosmiccolor.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. If it’s misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You don’t need to send it back.

Question 3

My package hasn’t arrived, or says delivered but isn’t here.

Accepted Answer

Every order has tracking. If it stops moving for more than a week, email us and we’ll replace it. If it shows as delivered, check with neighbors and your building first, then write to us and we’ll work the claim with the carrier.

Question 4

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Email us right away. You can change an order (the address, a size, the details) or cancel it until it goes to print, usually within a few hours of ordering. Once it’s printed it’s theirs, and the returns policy above applies.

Question 5

I entered the wrong address.

Accepted Answer

Tell us before it goes to print, usually within a few hours of ordering, and we’ll correct it for free. If the carrier returns it because the address was wrong or incomplete, we hold it for 30 days and reship it for the cost of new postage.

Question 6

How long does it take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Most orders arrive in about 10 days: around 5 to make it, then 5 in transit. That’s an estimate, not a guarantee: print and carrier times vary, especially around holidays. Tracking comes by email once it ships.

Question 7

Will it arrive in time for a birthday or holiday?

Accepted Answer

Order at least two weeks ahead to be safe, and earlier around the holidays. We can’t guarantee a delivery date, because print and carrier times vary.

Question 8

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

$6.95 flat, and free on orders of $75 or more. App members always ship free and save 15% on every piece.

Question 9

Do you ship outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. We ship to US addresses, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam and the other territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. Those take longer in transit. A few pieces don’t reach every territory yet: the journal, tumbler, candle and ornament ship to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands but not yet to Guam or the other Pacific territories. Checkout tells you before you pay.

Question 10

I only know their sign. Is that enough?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Zodiac edition needs nothing else. Coming soon: a Signature edition drawn from their full chart, for when you know their birth date, time and place.

Question 11

Can it ship straight to them as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter their address at checkout, add a gift message for the packing slip, and keep “Don’t show prices” checked. Your receipt and tracking come to you.

Question 12

What if they don’t believe in astrology?

Accepted Answer

They don’t have to. It reads as a color first: their sign’s palette leads and the glyph stays subtle. It’s a color, not a forecast.

Question 13

How do I pick the right size?

Accepted Answer

Every apparel page has a size guide in inches and centimeters, measured flat. Between sizes? Size up. Because each piece is made to order we can’t exchange sizes, so it’s worth a minute with a tape measure or a favorite shirt.

Question 14

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is custom printed for your order, so slight variations from the photos are normal: color, print placement and fabric can differ a little from piece to piece. Our product and lifestyle images are digitally created previews; we check each one to get it as close as we can to the real thing. Those small differences aren’t a defect; if something is actually misprinted, damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund you.

Question 15

Will the color fade in the wash?

Accepted Answer

The color is printed into the fabric, not layered on top, so it holds up. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Each product page lists its own care instructions.

Question 16

Is it sustainable?

Accepted Answer

We’d rather tell you exactly what we do than use a vague label. Every piece is made to order, printed only after someone buys it, so nothing is overproduced and there’s no unsold stock headed for a landfill. Some pieces use recycled or natural materials: the hoodie is 96% recycled polyester fleece, the scrunchie is 91% recycled polyester, and the candle is 100% natural soy wax with a cotton wick. Each product page lists its own materials.

Question 17

Where is it made, and by whom?

Accepted Answer

Our print partner, Printful, prints, finishes and ships every piece through its network of fulfillment centers, and reports that 86% of its orders are made and shipped close to the customer. The blank pieces (fabric, mugs, jars, journals) come from Printful’s suppliers around the world, which is why we don’t call anything “Made in USA.” Printful requires its major suppliers to sign its vendor code of conduct and works with Sedex, an ethical-trade organization. If an order arrives in more than one package, that’s because different pieces are made at different facilities.

Question 18

What do you do with their birth details?

Accepted Answer

We use them only to print their piece. We never sell them or share them with anyone except our print partner, and only what’s needed to make the order.

Question 19

How can I pay? Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

PayPal, Venmo, or any major card through PayPal’s secure checkout. You’re charged once, when you approve the payment. No account needed.

Question 20

Is the app free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to start. Free gets your signature color and big three, a preview of your color each day, the encyclopedia essentials, the first two learning journeys and trivia levels, and one saved connection. No card needed. Memberships add the full daily reading, every journey and more connections.

Question 21

How is my color made?

Accepted Answer

Every planet in your birth chart sits in a sign, and every sign has its own color. Together they make one signature color, and we name it.

Question 22

Do I need my birth time?

Accepted Answer

It helps. Without it we leave out your rising sign and houses, and your Moon is placed from noon, so it can be off if the Moon changed signs that day. You can add your time later and your color updates.
