This degree speaks of the collective wisdom of those who have gone before, offering counsel to current generations.
"Listening to those who came before"
A council of ancestors represents the accumulated wisdom of lineage — the understanding that the dead continue to offer guidance to the living through tradition, intuition, and the patterns they established. This council meets not in physical space but in the deep memory of the community.
Left unexamined, the exhaustion of endlessly pursuing the collective wisdom of those who have gone before, offering counsel to current generations without pausing to receive what has already arrived.
The people who came before you still have something to teach.
The seed of all human experience — a restless fantasy that decreases everything to its essential desire. This gate initiates new emotional journeys through imagination, dreaming possibilities into being before circumstances catch up.
