Every piece is printed for one person after the order is placed, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If anything is wrong with it, though, we make it right. See the next question.

Email hello@cosmiccolor.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. If it’s misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You don’t need to send it back.

Every order has tracking. If it stops moving for more than a week, email us and we’ll replace it. If it shows as delivered, check with neighbors and your building first, then write to us and we’ll work the claim with the carrier.

Email us right away. You can change an order (the address, a size, the details) or cancel it until it goes to print, usually within a few hours of ordering. Once it’s printed it’s theirs, and the returns policy above applies.

Tell us before it goes to print, usually within a few hours of ordering, and we’ll correct it for free. If the carrier returns it because the address was wrong or incomplete, we hold it for 30 days and reship it for the cost of new postage.

Most orders arrive in about 10 days: around 5 to make it, then 5 in transit. That’s an estimate, not a guarantee: print and carrier times vary, especially around holidays. Tracking comes by email once it ships.

Order at least two weeks ahead to be safe. For the December holidays, order by December 11; for Valentine’s Day, by February 1. Those are recommended order dates, not a guaranteed delivery date: print and carrier times vary, and orders placed later may not arrive in time.

Not yet. We ship to US addresses, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam and the other territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. Those take longer in transit. A few pieces don’t reach every territory yet: the journal, tumbler, candle and ornament ship to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands but not yet to Guam or the other Pacific territories. Checkout tells you before you pay.

Every apparel page has a size guide in inches and centimeters, measured flat. Between sizes? Size up. Because each piece is made to order we can’t exchange sizes, so it’s worth a minute with a tape measure or a favorite shirt.

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is custom printed for your order, so slight variations from the photos are normal: color, print placement and fabric can differ a little from piece to piece. Our product and lifestyle images are digitally created previews; we check each one to get it as close as we can to the real thing. Those small differences aren’t a defect; if something is actually misprinted, damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund you.

The color is printed into the fabric, not layered on top, so it holds up. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Each product page lists its own care instructions.
