This degree speaks of the return of legitimate authority to its rightful domain.
"Coming home to reign"
The sovereign of the fairies approaching their domain represents the return of rightful sovereignty — legitimate authority reclaiming the territory that belongs to it. The homecoming carries the weight of natural order restored: the right ruler in the right place, now carrying the full depth of what the time of exile taught them. The return is always a homecoming transformed.
The unintegrated expression of this degree presents as the sovereign who returns to reclaim rather than to serve — authority re-asserted as entitlement, the returning king who has not examined why the exile occurred.
