This degree speaks of the beautiful, time-tested structure that allows safe passage across flowing change.
"A bridge between then and now"
An old bridge over a beautiful stream represents the durable connections that allow us to cross from one state to another safely. The stream flows and changes constantly; the bridge persists. This is the archetype of all enduring structures — things built well enough to outlast the currents of change.
Left unexamined, enduring connection performed for validation rather than truth, reducing fire vitality to empty display.
What people build well can sit beside nature for years and make both look better.
An endless fountain of ideas stimulated by external experience — a mind attuned to harmony and the sharing of stimulating visions. This gate channels the energy of peace through the fertile stillness from which new possibilities emerge.
